Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible exceptions as per local law
  • Minimum one year experience managing people or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions
  • Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or six months as Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and development skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • Understand and manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom with rotation through each
  • Manage product ordering, food safety and cleanliness in the Kitchen and oversee pizza preparation
  • Monitor sales results and profitability in Sales area including Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop
  • Lead birthday party execution and showroom planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain gaming equipment, analyze game play data and ensure game room readiness
