Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible exceptions as per local law
- Minimum one year experience managing people or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
- Must be able to lift or carry 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
- Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions
- Successful completion of background check

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and well-run environment
- Understand and manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom with rotation through each
- Manage product ordering, food safety and cleanliness in the Kitchen and oversee pizza preparation
- Monitor sales results and profitability in Sales area including Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop
- Lead birthday party execution and showroom planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
- Partner with Technical Manager to maintain gaming equipment, analyze game play data and ensure game room readiness
