Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage cash handling and financial processes
  • ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players
  • stands and walks 100% of the shift
  • reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
  • lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift
  • ability to hold items with hands for extended periods
  • ability to work in damp, hot work environment
  • experience working with open flame and sharp knives
  • experience with kitchen machinery such as slicers
  • basic computer skills including MS Office and internet use

Job Duties

  • assists with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management
  • sources, interviews, and hires candidates, trains Players in their respective positions, delegates, provides direction, evaluates, counsels, and disciplines Players as needed
  • oversees all daily financial responsibilities including cash handling, daily deposits, authorizes comps and voids
  • investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
  • oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • assists with marketing strategy and implements advertising and promotional campaigns to increase business
  • provides performance feedback and reviews for Players and assists with their professional development
