Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage cash handling and financial processes
- ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and write English
- ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players
- stands and walks 100% of the shift
- reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
- lifts and carries up to 50lbs, up to 20 times per shift
- ability to hold items with hands for extended periods
- ability to work in damp, hot work environment
- experience working with open flame and sharp knives
- experience with kitchen machinery such as slicers
- basic computer skills including MS Office and internet use
Job Duties
- assists with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management
- sources, interviews, and hires candidates, trains Players in their respective positions, delegates, provides direction, evaluates, counsels, and disciplines Players as needed
- oversees all daily financial responsibilities including cash handling, daily deposits, authorizes comps and voids
- investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
- oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- assists with marketing strategy and implements advertising and promotional campaigns to increase business
- provides performance feedback and reviews for Players and assists with their professional development
