Job Requirements
- must be able to work 40 hours a week
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for alcohol duties)
- minimum one year experience managing people or six months as Opening Coordinator
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- willing to work in environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties
- make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and uphold product and guest service standards
- build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team
- coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and complete rotations in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
- manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the Kitchen
- manage sales, inventory, ordering, and quality assurance in Sales area
- lead birthday party execution and planning in Showroom
- partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment and analyze gameplay data in Gameroom
