Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (exceptions with RVP approval per local laws)
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people or six months opening coordinator experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds during shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, and extreme temperature conditions
  • Successful completion of a background check is required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people, preferably in food service or equivalent experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Strong coaching and communication skills

  • Effective time and priority management
  • Proven composure and resourcefulness in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and efficiently run environment
  • Understand and implement cost control procedures, inventory management, labor management, and financial oversight
  • Take ownership of Areas of Impact (AOI) by rotating through kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom responsibilities
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Lead birthday party execution, maximize party bookings, and optimize showroom seating
  • Partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment functionality and analyze game data
  • Monitor sales results including upselling and suggestive selling programs with oversight of cashier, salad bar, and gift shop areas
