Job Requirements
- must be able to work 40 hours a week
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years old or older (RVP approval may allow for exceptions per local law)
- minimum of one year managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
- comfortable working in environments with flashing lights, loud noises, and exposure to varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
- ability to work 40 hours a week

Job Duties
- make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
- coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and smooth environment
- understand and manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
- take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom
- manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling and cleanliness in the Kitchen
- oversee sales results, inventory, ordering and profitability in Sales
- lead birthday party execution and optimize bookings in Showroom
- partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and analyze gameplay data in Gameroom
