Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 21 years old or older (RVP approval may allow for exceptions per local law)
  • minimum of one year managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
  • comfortable working in environments with flashing lights, loud noises, and exposure to varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • ability to work 40 hours a week
  • at least 21 years of age or older (exceptions may apply per local law)

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
  • coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and smooth environment
  • understand and manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom
  • manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling and cleanliness in the Kitchen
  • oversee sales results, inventory, ordering and profitability in Sales
  • lead birthday party execution and optimize bookings in Showroom
  • partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and analyze gameplay data in Gameroom
