Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with RVP approval for younger based on local law
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Must be able to work in environments with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and extreme temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in food service
  • Experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months considered
  • Strong coaching and developing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrates ethics and integrity
  • Time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand and manage cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" and complete rotations in kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom
  • Oversee kitchen operations including food safety and pizza preparation
  • Lead birthday party planning and execution to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment, analyze game data, and ensure gameroom readiness
