Job Requirements

  • Able to work 40 hours a week
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years of age or older (with possible RVP approval for local law exceptions)
  • Minimum one year of people management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during the shift
  • Comfortable in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and operational environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling and cleanliness in The Kitchen
  • Oversee birthday party execution and showroom seating to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
