Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or associate degree in relevant field
  • Relevant experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality management
  • Ability to work full time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area for high school diploma holders
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area for degree holders
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in menu planning and daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • Support servers and hosts during peak meal periods
  • Supervise Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service departments
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal policies
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist with staffing and training initiatives
  • Open and close restaurant shifts
  • Participate in department meetings to communicate goals
