- Relevant experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality management
- Ability to work full time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area for high school diploma holders
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area for degree holders
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Assist in menu planning and daily restaurant operations
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Support servers and hosts during peak meal periods
- Supervise Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service departments
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal policies
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist with staffing and training initiatives
- Open and close restaurant shifts
- Participate in department meetings to communicate goals
