Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management or supervisory capacity
- Proficient computer literacy with MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to prioritize and organize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of interacting with executives, union representatives, and hourly team members
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer and team-related conflicts
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills prioritizing daily and long-term activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse teams and executives
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant and customer service activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance
- Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, communicating, and assigning daily tasks
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage merchandising and displays while monitoring inventory levels
- Oversee office management tasks such as receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports
- Address routine operational issues and escalate complex problems to higher management
