Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for local exceptions regarding alcohol service)
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
  • Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to effectively coach and develop others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and composure
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Proficient in time and priority management

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) including rotation through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the Kitchen
  • Oversee Sales including cashier, salad bar, gift shop, inventory, ordering, and profitability management
