Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse team members
  • Proven problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant and customer service activities
  • Lead and develop team
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Handle office management tasks such as funds, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and budgeting
  • Address routine issues and escalate complex problems
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
