Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in food service or retail environment
  • valid driver’s license
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to work various shifts including day, night, swing and graveyard
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • intermediate PC skills
  • successful completion of all training requirements
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant conditions
  • availability for on-call emergency duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in food service or retail environment
  • ServSafe certification
  • completion of Basic Management Training
  • successful completion of Human Resource Training
  • valid driver’s license
  • intermediate PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • skilled in customer service and inventory control
  • skilled problem-solving abilities
  • ability to supervise, counsel, motivate and train others
  • ability to prioritize and coordinate work duties
  • judgment, tact, and diplomacy in conflict resolution

Job Duties

  • Follow all policy and procedures including uniform and sanitation requirements
  • be present for all assigned shifts and ensure successful shift transitions
  • promote team service standards by effective staffing and deployment
  • meet training program requirements including management and ServSafe certifications
  • communicate with Restaurant and Franchise Managers regarding operational needs
  • delegate tasks and hold others accountable
  • demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • supervise team interactions and provide coaching
  • interact with customers, vendors, and trade persons
  • coordinate product preparation and quality
  • ensure service area cleanliness and supply levels
  • deliver great customer service and handle complaints
  • manage shifts to meet service time standards
  • perform opening and closing of store operations
  • train new hires and track training progress
  • maintain premises cleanliness and follow safety procedures
  • handle money and deposits ethically
  • complete scheduling and performance evaluations
  • track and review reports
  • maintain operational efficiency and profitability
  • collaborate with management to implement sales strategies
  • control food and labor costs
  • manage employee turnover and overtime
  • perform other duties as assigned
