Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • capacity to handle guest complaints effectively
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • train and inspire team members in guest service, upselling, and product knowledge
  • collaborate with management to monitor labor and control costs
  • maintain accurate inventory and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure compliance with service standards
  • develop and implement effective scheduling and staff development strategies
  • assist in managing guest feedback and resolving service issues
