Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow younger age based on local law)
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
  • Willingness to work in a work environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • Effective coaching and development skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and complete rotations in The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage the Kitchen including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness, and pizza preparation
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
