Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and various weather conditions
  • Employment subject to successful background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Resourcefulness and ethical behavior
  • Effective time and priority management

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" and complete rotations in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage kitchen operations including food safety, ordering, scheduling and cleanliness
  • Oversee sales results, inventory and quality assurance in merchandise and food areas
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and restaurant equipment
  • Analyze game play data and maintain gameroom cleanliness
