Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- Work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and various weather conditions
- Employment subject to successful background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" and complete rotations in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
- Manage kitchen operations including food safety, ordering, scheduling and cleanliness
- Oversee sales results, inventory and quality assurance in merchandise and food areas
- Lead birthday party execution and planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
- Partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and restaurant equipment
- Analyze game play data and maintain gameroom cleanliness
