Job Requirements
- must be able to work 40 hours a week
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for lower age as permitted by local laws)
- minimum of one year experience managing people or six months as an opening coordinator
- must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- able to work in environments with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and temperature extremes
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, and motivating the team
- coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
- take ownership of an Area of Impact in kitchen, sales, showroom, or gameroom on rotation
- manage kitchen operations including food safety, preparation, and cleanliness
- oversee sales including cashier, salad bar, and gift shop operations
- lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
- partner with technical manager to maintain gameroom equipment and analyze game play data
