Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for alcohol sales and service)
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
  • Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Experience with cost control and inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits through effective recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment
  • Understand and manage cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and complete rotations through the kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom
  • Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and pizza production
  • Lead showroom party planning and execution to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
