Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older, with RVP approval possibly allowing younger hires per local law
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service, or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and conditions including wet, humid, extreme heat and cold

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact and rotate through the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the Kitchen
  • Lead party execution and planning in the Showroom
  • Partner with Technical Manager to keep games and equipment in top condition
