Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (with possible exceptions based on local law and RVP approval)
  • Minimum of one year of management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of people management experience preferably in food service or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • Strong coaching and developing skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Demonstrated composure and resourcefulness
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Skilled in time and priority management

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas (The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom) and complete rotations in each
  • Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game equipment and analyze game data
  • Monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability in sales areas
  • Ensure quality assurance of salad bar and prep procedures
  • Oversee revenue and guest experience in the gameroom area
