Job Requirements
- Prior experience as restaurant assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or team lead
- minimum 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- high-energy and proactive work style
- ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- able to work under stress
- attention to detail
- passion for food
- culinary school background a plus
- understanding of front of house and back of house operations
- possession or willingness to obtain Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire
- possession or willingness to obtain Alcohol Server Training Permit within 7 days of hire

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold company core values
- be on-call for team member call-outs and provide appropriate coverage
- manage both front of house and back of house operations focusing on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth
- ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies during assigned shifts
- anticipate and identify problems and take corrective action
- provide timely feedback to team members and ensure alignment with company standards
- deliver proper training using established systems and ensure compliance with company expectations
- foster a positive work environment through effective communication, relationship building, and teamwork
- reinforce a customer service mindset across the team
- respond promptly, respectfully, and professionally to guest complaints
- coordinate with shift leaders to resolve issues when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable
- monitor food quality and customer service consistency
- be knowledgeable and capable of performing all front and back of house roles as needed
- maintain a clean and organized front of house at all times
- perform inventory tasks as assigned
- complete other tasks as necessary or assigned
