Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the local legal age for selling and serving alcohol)
  • must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • effective coaching and development skills

  • strong time and priority management abilities

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations
  • coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact in one of the four key areas and complete rotation through kitchen, sales, showroom and gameroom
  • manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness, and menu item preparation
  • oversee sales including cashier, salad bar, gift shop, inventory, ordering, and quality assurance
  • lead birthday party planning and execution in the showroom to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment in gameroom, analyze game data and keep area clean and guest ready
