Job Requirements
- must be able to work 40 hours a week
- must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the local legal age for selling and serving alcohol)
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
- effective coaching and development skills

Job Duties
- make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations
- coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- take ownership of an Area of Impact in one of the four key areas and complete rotation through kitchen, sales, showroom and gameroom
- manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness, and menu item preparation
- oversee sales including cashier, salad bar, gift shop, inventory, ordering, and quality assurance
- lead birthday party planning and execution in the showroom to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
- partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment in gameroom, analyze game data and keep area clean and guest ready
