Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant or food service management experience
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience
  • Proficient with MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of staff and executives
  • Experience in conflict resolution

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience required
  • Culinary background is desirable
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
