Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow younger age as per local law for alcohol-related duties)
- Minimum of one year managing people in food service or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0 to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Willingness to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noises, and varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a safe and clean environment
- Understand and manage cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact and complete rotations in kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom
- Manage product ordering, food safety, kitchen scheduling, and cleanliness
- Oversee party execution, maximize bookings, and optimize showroom seating
