Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Experience in full-service dining with bar management
  • Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience required
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse teams and executives
  • Proven conflict resolution skills
