Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible local law exceptions
  • minimum one year management experience in food service or six months as Opening Coordinator
  • ability to lift/carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
  • must pass background check
  • willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in food service
  • experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • strong coaching and development skills
  • effective communication skills

  • proficient time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members
  • coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact including kitchen, sales, showroom, or gameroom management
  • manage food safety, product ordering, and kitchen operations including cooking pizza and menu items
  • lead birthday party execution and maximize showroom bookings and guest satisfaction
