Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Complete Assistant Manager training
  • Speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • Willingness to travel between locations
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum 3 years assistant manager experience with P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Working knowledge of computer software
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in service and food quality
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • Use management information tools to analyze performance and implement improvement plans
  • Develop and execute sales and profitability action plans
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
