Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the legally permitted age for selling, ringing up, checking ID and serving alcohol)
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and complete a rotation in each area over time
  • Manage the kitchen area including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness
  • Oversee sales including cashier, salad bar, and gift shop monitoring, inventory, ordering, execution, and profitability management
  • Lead the showroom for birthday party execution and planning
  • Partner with the Technical Manager to maintain gameroom and equipment ensuring minimal downtime and cleanliness
