Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives, union representatives, and diverse teams
  • Experience resolving conflicts and uncomfortable situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to handle difficult situations with customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant and customer service activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance
  • Lead and develop team by recruiting, training, and assigning daily goals and tasks
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Handle office management tasks such as fund management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales report analysis
  • Address routine operational problems and escalate complex issues to higher management
