Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory capacity
- Proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, union representatives, and diverse teams
- Experience resolving conflicts and uncomfortable situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant and customer service activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance
- Lead and develop team by recruiting, training, and assigning daily goals and tasks
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Handle office management tasks such as fund management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales report analysis
- Address routine operational problems and escalate complex issues to higher management
