Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Focus on the food including quality standards, recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead and develop Smashburger team by recruiting, training and communicating with team members
- Maintain adherence to company policies, state health and sanitation standards
- Maintain merchandising and display standards and monitor inventory levels
- Handle office management tasks such as funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales analysis
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems
- Handle the responsible service of alcohol
