Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • food handlers' card or relevant safety certification
  • proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and team development capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • culinary background desirable
  • food handlers' card
  • proficient computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • effective organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
  • proven track record of resolving conflicts

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
  • supervise and evaluate team member performance
  • ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
  • optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • recruit, train and communicate with team of food travel experts
  • develop, plan and assign daily goals and tasks
  • implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
  • assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of reports
