Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- food handlers' card or relevant safety certification
- proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and team development capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred
- culinary background desirable
- food handlers' card
- proficient computer literacy including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- effective organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
- proven track record of resolving conflicts
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- supervise and evaluate team member performance
- ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
- optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- recruit, train and communicate with team of food travel experts
- develop, plan and assign daily goals and tasks
- implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
- assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of reports
