Job Qualifications

- Valid food-handler's card required, ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Comfortable operating restaurant equipment
- Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the running of the restaurant
- Direct team members
- Operate all equipment
- Assist with prep and stocking of products and ingredients
- Prepare customer orders
- Answer phones and process customer orders
- Clean equipment, dishes, and the general facility
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty
