Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in foodservice
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to complete required training and certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with all health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years supervisory experience preferably in foodservice industry
  • High school diploma required some college or degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests staff and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to complete University of Perkins training and achieve ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Support leadership by managing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant function
  • Achieve sales and profitability goals by executing company policies and maintaining high standards
  • Lead guest satisfaction efforts by overseeing service quality and resolving issues
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a motivated and well-trained team
  • Oversee inventory management, food safety standards, and quality control
  • Assist with financial management including payroll, cash handling, and budget tracking
  • Manage staffing schedules to meet guest demand while maintaining service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and proper equipment maintenance
