Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older, subject to local law for alcohol handling
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service, or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and developing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and ethical integrity
  • Excellent time and priority management

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and complete rotations
  • Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning and maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction
