Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at a younger legal age for alcohol handling)
- Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in food service or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact in one of four areas and complete a rotation in each: The Kitchen – manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness, oversee pizza dough preparation and cooking
- Sales – monitor sales results including upselling, manage inventory, ordering, and profitability of merchandise, ensure quality assurance of the salad bar
- Showroom – lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction, optimize showroom seating
- Gameroom – partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment, analyze gameplay data and ticket payouts, keep gameroom clean and guest ready
