Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow legal minimum age for alcohol-related duties)
  • minimum one year of people management experience or six months as Opening Coordinator
  • ability to lift and carry 0-50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • willingness to work in environments with flashing/flickering lights, loud noise, and variable indoor conditions
  • successful completion of background check in compliance with laws

Job Qualifications

  • high-school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or six months experience as Opening Coordinator

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team
  • coach and inspire team to deliver outstanding guest service while ensuring a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom with periodic rotations
  • manage kitchen operations including food safety, ordering, scheduling and pizza preparation
  • lead birthday party execution and maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction
  • partner with Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment functionality and analyze gameplay data
