- proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist in managing day to day restaurant operations
