Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible local law exceptions
- Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and variable temperature conditions
- Employment contingent upon successful background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment
- Understand and manage cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" and complete rotations through kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom areas
- Manage kitchen duties including product ordering, food safety, pizza dough preparation, cooking, and cleanliness
- Lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction
