Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow younger based on local laws)
- Minimum of one year of people management experience or six months experience as Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions
- Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact including kitchen, sales, showroom, or gameroom operations
- Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and pizza preparation
- Lead birthday party execution and maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment functionality and analyze game play data
- Oversee sales efforts including Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop
