Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a food service or restaurant environment is beneficial

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in running the restaurant
- direct team members to achieve operational goals
- operate all kitchen and front-of-house equipment
- assist with preparation and stocking of products and ingredients
- prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- answer phones and process customer orders
- clean equipment, dishes, and maintain cleanliness of the general facility
- perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty (MOD)
