Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible local law exceptions
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Able to work in environments with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise and temperature extremes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or at least six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Composure and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom with rotation through each area
- Manage food safety, product ordering, scheduling and cleanliness in the Kitchen
- Lead birthday party execution and planning in the Showroom maximizing bookings and guest satisfaction
