Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with RVP approval where applicable
  • Minimum of one year of management experience in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
  • Ability to work in environments with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and extreme temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment
  • Understand and manage cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage food preparation, safety, and cleanliness in the Kitchen including pizza dough preparation and cooking
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning in the Showroom while maximizing party bookings and guest satisfaction
