Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at local legal age for handling alcohol)
  • Minimum of one year of people management experience or six months as Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry 0-50 pounds during shifts
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat
  • Tolerance for work environment with flashing lights, loud noises, moving parts, and temperature extremes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or experience as an Opening Coordinator for six months
  • Effective coaching and developing skills
  • Strong communication and composure
  • Resourceful with ethics and integrity
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Capability to uphold safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure safe, clean environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) rotating through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom operations
  • Manage food safety, product ordering, pizza dough preparation, and menu item cooking in the Kitchen
  • Oversee cashier operations, Salad Bar, Gift Shop, inventory and merchandising in Sales
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning in Showroom
  • Collaborate with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment in Gameroom
