Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service leadership
  • Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management experience
  • Experience in a management or supervisory capacity with bar management
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives, and team members
  • Proven track record of resolving conflicts with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
