Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Tolerance for noisy, flashing lights, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact, rotating through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage kitchen operations including food safety, scheduling, and preparation of menu items
  • Lead birthday party planning and execution, optimizing bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain equipment in gameroom and analyze game play data
  • Monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability of Merchandise and Salad Bar areas
