Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Tolerance for noisy, flashing lights, and exposure to wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact, rotating through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
- Manage kitchen operations including food safety, scheduling, and preparation of menu items
- Lead birthday party planning and execution, optimizing bookings and guest satisfaction
- Partner with Technical Manager to maintain equipment in gameroom and analyze game play data
- Monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability of Merchandise and Salad Bar areas
