Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in restaurant or food service management
  • Experience in full-service restaurant management with bar experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Food Handlers' Card and relevant safety certifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and diverse teams
  • Proven conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Experience managing full-service restaurants including bar operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Food Handlers' Card and relevant safety certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and executives
  • Proven track record in conflict resolution

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house operations, supervise and manage team member performance, provide feedback and ensure task completion
  • Ensure food quality and safety by maintaining recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with brand and food safety standards
  • Control costs by managing food and labor expenses to maximize profitability
  • Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and guiding food travel experts, setting goals, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintain systems and standards ensuring compliance with company policies, state health, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage merchandising including inventory control, display standards, and signage
  • Oversee office management tasks such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance and analyzing budgets
  • Address and escalate routine issues through effective problem solving
