Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service leadership
  • Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management required
  • Experience in management or supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications
