Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for alcohol-related duties)
  • Minimum of one year managing people preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Resourceful and ethical with integrity
  • Strong time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in kitchen, sales, showroom or gameroom
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
