Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for alcohol-related duties)
- Minimum of one year managing people preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- Exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Resourceful and ethical with integrity
- Strong time and priority management skills
Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in kitchen, sales, showroom or gameroom
- Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
