Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related field
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- ability to supervise and manage teams
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- legal compliance awareness
- capability to handle multiple tasks during peak periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- monitors alcohol beverage service compliance
