Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as an opening coordinator for six months
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, noise, and varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of management experience preferably in food service

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact including kitchen management, sales oversight, showroom leadership, and gameroom partnership
- Oversee kitchen operations including food safety, scheduling, and menu preparation
- Lead birthday party execution and maximize bookings
- Maintain gameroom equipment and analyze game data
