Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at lower age permitted by local law)
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
  • Able to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in food service or at least six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Knowledge of cost control, inventory, financial, and labor management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Commitment to safety and health standards

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom and complete rotations through each area
  • Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cooking menu items
  • Lead birthday party planning and execution to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with technical staff to maintain game equipment and analyze game data for optimal performance
